A panel of experienced members of the judiciary and bar association will discuss how civility or incivility can impact witnesses, jurors, courtroom personnel, clients, and lawyers. Examples will be shared using video clips and personal experience. The panelists will give practical tips on how to deal with inappropriate behavior in day-to-day practice.
The distinguished panelists for this special one (1) hour CLE program are: The Honorable James A. Edwards, Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal; The Honorable Lisa Davidson, Circuit Judge, 18th Judicial Circuit; S. Sammy Cacciatore, Nance Cacciatore; and Philip T. King, Fisher, Rushmer Law Firm.
The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in conjunction with the Brevard County Bar Association is proud to present this program in an effort to promote ABOTA’s purpose “To elevate the standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession.”
