This event has been organized and will be directed by The Honorable Ali B. Majeed.  The majority opinion will be delivered by Justice Hugo Black (Greg Eisenmenger, Esq.) and the dissenting opinion will be delivered by Justice Robert Jackson (Michael Kahn, Esq.). 

2019 marks the 75th anniversary of the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Korematsu v. United States.  Following the presentation of the case, there will be commentary by the participants and other community leaders, who will provide an economic and historical analysis of the case, as well as a discussion of the case in light of the current political climate.
