Baseball and Ethics CLE

Presented by A. Bryant Applegate, Attorney for Seminole County, Florida, this one-hour course examines ethical conduct, rules, and themes for attorneys to remember when working with clients and appearing before government officials. The use of baseball analogies will serve as topics for discussion on such important principles as integrity, avoiding close calls, accepting advice, being aware of situations, and knowing the rules.
Emphasis will be placed on the Oath of Admission, Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, Chapter 112, Florida Statutes, and the Florida Constitution.
Cost for this CLE is $25.00 and includes your choice of Meat Lasagna, Chicken Parmigiana or Eggplant Rollatini. Entrees include salad, bread, non-alcoholic drink and cannoli.
